Smart tools may not be common to see on the golf course, but the audience appreciated carousel imagery depicting the more technical aspects of sporting goods. Everything from virtual golf simulators to electric hand warmers had visuals in the top of the benchmark despite being a small portion of the search results.

Many examples of high-scoring carousel imagery went into the nitty gritty details of golf accessories with closeups or diagrams of the products. It was common to see colorful banners at the top of the image serving as a background for additional copy.
