The image follows several best practices for this target audience, such as featuring black products, clearly displaying the brand label and using a white background. Additionally, the image showcases the product in a stylized manner without any packaging, angles it to the right, and uses coffee-related props to fill the empty space. Vizit’s image maps support that these practices visually engage consumers. 

Carousel Images 

Mixpresso's carousel images garnered impressive scores, effectively highlighting the coffee maker’s key attributes through lifestyle imagery using minimal text. These visuals notably spotlight the coffee maker's height—specifically its ability to fit a travel mug, which is included with the coffee maker. 

Conversely, Mixpresso's lower-scoring images were simple, cropped shots of the product, deviating significantly from the more design-focused images in the carousel. High-scoring visuals of similar cropped product shots in the benchmark use stylized backgrounds and minimal text. Adding this type of lifestyle imagery to Mixpresso’s carousel imagery could greatly enhance the Vizit scores. 

Final Thoughts 


Overall, Mixpresso performs well with both its hero and carousel images. The brand effectively capitalizes on visual best practices, including featuring black products, using clear images on a white background, and highlighting product features through carousel imagery.  

However, Mixpressos could boost its PDP by improving some of its carousel imagery. Replacing its two lowest scoring images with more stylized and less cropped images could significantly raise its Vizit scores.
